So it’s January, the month of New Years Resolutions. This time last year, I bought the Bikini Body Guide and joined a group of women working to become fitter, healthier, and happier. I barely lasted three months.
But here I am again, digging my workout book out from the bottom of my junk drawer.
Women from around the world started the same workouts today and built a community of support to keep us motivated. I did the bare minimum workout today and my legs are already sore. I’m hoping I will be able to stay on track this year and get back on the wagon every time I fall off.
I’ve also been using my Fitbit to track my steps, food and water intake, sleeping patterns, and active minutes. It is helping me be more aware of the little things I do each day that impact my health. I now know that I am a very restless sleeper and barely get 4,000 steps a day. I hope that will change when I get back to College Station and fall into my normal routine.
I think I’m going to go eat a cupcake.
